Is This Pricing Methodology Correct?

Hi,

I need a little help with a pricing methodology in a computers assembly company.

They want to add different markups for all parts of a computer and this way they want to form it's selling price.

For example:

Is a computer consist of:

Processor - with standard price of $50

Hard Drive - with standrd price of $100

They want to form the price of the computer by adding different markup to its components each time. For example, for customer1 they would like to calculate the price this way:

Processor - $50 + 10% = $55

Hard Drive - $100 + 5%= $105

This way the final price for the computer have to become 55+105 = $160

For customer2, they want different markups for the same configuration:

Processor - $50 + 20% = $60

Hard Drive - $100 + 15%= $115

This way the final price for the computer have to become 60+115 = $175

They want to be able to form the price of the computer by adding different markups for the different parts each time. Is this correct and how can this be implemented in SAP?

Hi again!

As I already wrote, your question is not related to SAP ME solution that this forum/space is dedicated to. Please re-post it to a proper space - see these instructions on how to search at SCN.

Ok, I re-posted it to the sales and distribution section, I hope I chose the right one this time. Pricing is more of a matter of sales.

Thanks!
