Transaction type is blank while creating incident

Hi,

I configured the solution manager for ITSM. I need help in creating incident. I am getting the following blank window

in transaction type after selecting create incident kindly help.

Hi,

typicall issue with IE.

You have to add the page/pop-up to the compatibility mode of your Browser.

IE -> EXTRAS -> Settings for Compatibility Mode -> Add -> Refresh the CRM WEB UI

Hi,

Just check the below points. (It looks like an issue with copy controls though)

1. In define transaction types corresponding transaction types are active. (In SPRO under solman ->Capabilities->ITSM-> Transactions)

2. Check the copy control whether they are fine. (In SPRO under solman ->Capabilities->ITSM-> Transactions)

3, Check the authorizations for same if you are authorized for same.

in addition, ensure that the transaction type's channel definition in customizing is set to 'CRM Web-Client UI'
