SAP GRC 10.1 Cant find approver

Hi Experts,

Im using grc 10.1 and im having a issue, when im trying to make a acces request all the user information that this set to come HR is correct , but the approver field request is empty.

Any suggestions  how to solve the problem ?

what is your SP level? There are some notes available for this issue.

We have GRC 10.1 - SP7, this is a known issue?

Dear Eduardo,

under some circumstances this is a known issue as there are couple of notes available. As I have posted earlier please check the GRCPINW component in your target HR system and implement this notes if necessary.

Also make sure that all the required information in HR is correctly (e.g. info type 0105 for user and manger) maintained.

Thanks for the help..it works when i install the notes inmy backend..however i dont see th work item in the approvers inbox in business client..

Any Idea?

this is a different issue and I kindly ask you to open another thread for that. It seems that workflow configuration has a mistake.

Although a slim chance, but could you check if HR is in user data type, in User Detail Data Source
