How to uninstall SMP3.0 SP6

Hi,

We have recently upgraded the SMP3.0 from SP5 to SP6, but have issues in publishing the package.

If I want to uninstall the SP6 or reinstall SP5, what is the best practice?

You can right uninstall from control panel itself and restart your machine > then install SP05

Could you share what kind of issues you are getting on SP06? Maybe experts can help you on this.

This would uninstall the Whole SMP3.0.

Is there any way to rollback install of SP6 to SP5 at application level?

We could perhaps use some OS level tools to revert to the older snapshot of VMware before the upgrade to SP6, but just wondering if that is the best practice?

I have not done any rollback to older version(s). You can see one backup-server-3.0.5.0 folder under C:/SAP/MobilePlatform3.. you may have to do something with this.

Just wondering what kind of issues you are getting on SP06??

We are unable to deploy the package(SAP Work Manager 6.2 application) with SP6. It works ok with SP5. I will do some testing in our sandpit environment and would let you know the outcome.

I also suggest you to raise a new thread where you can share the error you are getting while deployment the package and other info (if any). I am sure you will get right suggestion from experts.
