Dear Experts,

I have just changed to Win 8 64 bit machine and I am having problem to connect to Crystal report add-on in SBO 8.82.

I will be prompted for Database Login screen as below:

When I typed the correct user ID and password and click Finish. It will say "Logon Failed. Please try again." It prompts the same messsage if I checked Use Integrated Security.

I have already installed CRRedist2005_x64.msi in my 64 bit machine as last time I am using CRRedist2005_x86.msi in my 32 bit machine.

What possible reasons that cause me to not being connected to the server in CR?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Leng

HI Leng,

there is connection issue in your crystal , you need to re map the properties  then re import again .

Hi Manish,

But I am able to open the same crystal report files in 32 bit machine and another 64 bit machine. I remember that I will need to install 2 files to get the CR working with SBO but I have lost that folder and can't recall what files that I need to install to get it done.

Thanks,

Leng

go to databases from tool menu then click on set data-source location then under the db name you will find the properties of your connection.

and also check the check dependencies under report menu .
