Spool: Print not generated,throws an error..

Hello to All,

I have two users in DEV server: Admin and MDM.

When i logged on through Admin,it prints the spool requests,but when i logged on through MDM user,print not generated,it throws an error "Incorrect (No authorization)".

Error:

         2 Output requests displayed

=======================================================================

         2 Output requests has errors (may not have been output)

What should i checked in Roles: Authorization in PFCG.

Please guide me..??

Hi friend

1)Pthere is authorization issue

2) Add the object _SPO_ACT to user getting issue

please take SU53 screen shot for MDM user and compare user parameter value for both user and add missing parameter.

Hello Junaid,

After the authorization failure, go to transaction SU53 and it will tell the specific authority object whose check failed with other details.

Then you can go to transaction SU22 and read about the same.

Post that assign that to user MDM in SU01 and it should work.
