Customising the map pop-up icons - SAP Work Manager 6.2 - ESRI Maps

Hi;

I would like to remove the car icon from the point pop-up on the Locations tab map. Is there possibly customizing that caters for this or Agentry Editor config?

Sizo,

I would start by looking in the Config Panel for the PREF_SHOW_ROUTE.  I believe if you set that to FALSE it will not display the icon.  There are two versions of this option one for the collection view and one for the workorder view.  Note, you will need to restart your SMP/Agentry server/app to pickup the change.
