MRP for sales order requirement

Dear Experts,

Is there any possibility to have the MRP run do not touch the quantity confirmed in a particular sales order.

For example, Unrestricted stock of 5 EA is available for Material X and the sales order of 5 EA is created with delivery date 30/04/2015.

The available quantity is confirmed for this particular sales order.

Another sales order created for 5 EA with earlier delivery date of 25/04/2015.

During MRP run, system reassigns the available stock to the sales order with earlier delivery date and creates PR for the other sales order even though the quantity was confirmed for that sales order.

Also what is the option used for the MRP run to create only Purchase requisitions for those  sales order requirements whose delivery date falls in the Planned Procurement lead time of the material.

For your first question, if you don't want to disturb  the first sales order confirmed quantity, then use (check) the field Fixed date/quantity at the sales order line item -> schedule line level.

For your second question, check the field create purchase req field and assign appropriate value in the MRP run selection screen.
