Unable to generate IDOC structure at target side

Hi PI Experts,

I have an  requirement in which we need to import the new version of XSD in mapping of XI system instead of old version  and map to the target IDOC structure(XSD to IDOC scenario).

I have imported the new version of XSD in the mapping objects.Now whenever I try to execute the mapping test with a sample XML file then the XSD fields at the sender side are not getting populated with the data and hence XSD passes a null value to the target IDOC structure and hence failing the IDOC generation at targetSide.

I tried executing the mapping test for the existing working mapping structure by using same data and IDOC was generated in that case.

Raksha,

Please delete the test data. Create new test data by manually typing the field values. As Harish pointed out, old XML is not valid with respect to new XSD.

Hi Raksha,

It seems your source XML is not compatible with your source structure. Please check in test tab if the fields are in red (when you insert/past the file in test tab).
