IBP S&OP functionality compared with IBP Demand and IBP Supply functionality

Over a year ago I attended course SOP200, where I learned that S&OP functionality included some basic demand planning (eg stat fcst) and supply planning (eg heuristics) functionality.

So, with the overall IBP suite, how is planning functionality actually split across the S&OP, Demand, Supply and Inventory modules?

For example, if I just use S&OP, what planning functionality do I get?
