Warehouse Management - Replenishing the pick face storage type - Not Fixed bin replenishment

Hi,

I know how fixed storage bin replenishment works. I wanted to know if we could could something to replenish random or next empty bin in the storage type instead of fixed bin.

Background :

The warehouse has lots of moving materials and the variations are very high.

The goods are stacked vertically and the client does not want to use fixed bin replenishment approach as the bins available are limited for pick face.

We are doing wave picking at fixed times.

Client wants to do replenishment an hour before the actual picking for order starts.

The requirement is that on the basis of outbound delivery material and quantities the pick faces should be replenished.

How can we achieve this ?

Since you are planning to perform the replenishment based on the outbound delivery please have a look on the replenishment t-code LP22 additionally please refer the t-code LP24 too.

Thanks Manish. LP24 works for Random bins,
