Alarms and repport for Service POs based on utilisation

Hi experts,

My client wants to receive an alarm and repport off all POs where the amount of GR > 80% Total amount of the PO.

At the header level and item level.

Any ideas besides ME80FN, ME81N? Any extensions I could be using?

Hi Paul,

No such report is available. You have to go for development. KIndly contact your ABAP team and explain the logic when GR amount in LC is 80% of PO gross amount then system should send mail i.e alarm to the buyer/user id to be maintained in some table. Along with mail a report should be attached likewise.

You can use some badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST.

HI How for service PO GR will be ? do you mean item catergory D ? can you please give some clarity.
