archive job stopped by itself after few days for 1 days frequency

hi All,

I had configured archive job with a frequency 1 day in PO 7.4 and it executed every day for 4 days and stopped executing. I had to go back and manually activate the job and execute now to facilitate the automatic daily execution going forward. Why did it stop after 4 days by itself? any clue?

Any one pls? its causing a puzzle for the customer in prod. It was actually executed for 30 days and not 4 days.

Is it repeating ? Do you still notice the same behavior?

May be try checking nwa logs with the job name for those dates and see if you can find anything.

don't see any in nwa log which are related to archive

It would be difficult/improper to judge without any logs.

If the issue is recurring and unable to find any information in nwa logs then you might want create an OSS message.
