Approved Notification GRC Access Control 10.1

Hello,

we have the following situation. Our ARM workflow has in the first step the manager stage and second the role owner stage. In the role

ownerstage we have the situation that behind one role are named 3 approvers.

They all get an information that they should approve the request. If one approver approve this request we want to sent a notification in the Access Request Management Workflow to all other approvers. So that all other approvers are informed that this

request is approved by one of this 3 approvers and they don't must do  anything.

We try to set up the notification settings with the notification

event "approved" and recipient ID "Current Approvers" but this  don't work.

Have any one an idear, how that can work?

Hi Kristin,

Please follow as mention below to achieve your scenario.

Create a custom role owner agent for role owner as below for notifying purpose and then use this agent as recipient of APPROVED notification at role owner stage and this will help to achieve your requirement.

Note: All ROLE OWNERS will receive the approved notification with this even the role owner who has approved the role as well
