Condition exclusion at header level

I am trying to activate condition exclusion at header level of a sales order. When I go to "Condition Exclusion For Groups Of Conditions" and then "Maintain condition exclusion for pricing procedures" I am supposed to enter a value in the "ExPrc" field (A?).

This field is greyed out and I have no idea how to open it up.

Any Ideas?

Hi

Here in this transaction i.e. "Maintain condition exclusion for pricing procedures" if it is grayed out and no value seen then it means you need to click on "New entries" and then you will be able to enter your new values.

Hi,

Kindly check the condition type control V/06.Here maybe the exclusion indicator is set at condition type level instead of condition record level.If yes you can remove this and maintain at condition record level in VK11.
