Localization on Service manager 4.2

Hi All,

I am trying to display the customised fields and their values in Turkish language and using Agentry v70.5.1.10 and deploying to SMP 3.0 for Windows platform (1366*768). What are all the steps I need to follow?  Do I need to change in ApplicationText.tr and ClientText.tr files?

Can anyone help me on this?
