XI 3.0 SP9. (sorry
I have many interfaces without BPM.
For such interfaces, alerts have been managed to detect errors.
If alert occurs, is it possible to trigger another process ?
(an interface whose sender would be PI)
Thanks a lot.
Hi Jean,
without BPM, an alert cannot trigger a process directly.......if you use BPM, then after alert triggering in the same step you can invoke a BPM sub-process.......
Thanks,

An alert cannot directly trigger an interface.
However, a workaround does exist. You can send the alert as an email. Configure a separate scenario with the Mail Adapter and poll the inbox (that you are sending the alerts to). This way, the alert will trigger another interface scenario.
