Hi Akshay,

There are few things that you need to consider:

1) since these are the custom apps, you need to make sure that they are able to deploy the apps on the AS ABAP. You may need to check this blog

2) these custom apps will consume the OData services created on the SAP Gateway. So you need to make sure that the gateway components are deployed and configured properly in the appropriate landscape. You may like to check these blogs:

3) you will need to maintain the user roles and authorizations. You will find the details here Roles in the SAP NetWeaver Gateway Landscape - SAP NetWeaver Gateway - SAP Library

4) once these custom fiori apps are ready, you may like to access these apps from SAP Fiori Launchpad. You would need to configure the catalogs, tiles and groups. Setup of SAP Fiori Launchpad - SAP Fiori for SAP Business Suite - SAP Library

Hi Akshay,

To deploy your custom apps to launchpad, you can follow this link .

You need to:

  • create a launchpad in LPD_CUST,
  • create a new URL application in this launchpad,
  • create a semantic object in /UI2/SEMOBJ
  • then go to launchpad designer URL
  • create a catalog
  • in this catalog, create a target mapping providing name of your created launchpad, application alias, semantic object/action
  • create tile using target mapping
  • create a group and assign your catalog to it
  • create a role in PFCG and assign the catalog and group to that role
  • assign this role to your user
  • go to the launchpad and you will see your tiles there.
