upload certificate profile (QC01) USING LSMW?

is there any bapi/ standard method / ale/idoc for upload certificate profile (tcode qc01)?

Note : Quality certifiactes which is important for business,there are two types.

Incoming Certificate - while performing incoming inspection against MIGO (Vendor PO),quality inspector/engineer should prepare the certificate,this scenario is called Incoming certificate.

Outgoing Certificate - while performing Final inspection against Prod.order or Sale order delivery,quality inspector/engineer should prepare the certificate,this scenario is called outgoing certificate.

Quality certificate profile is mandatory with characterstics values.

thanks for your reply.i have checked the link which you provide but here i cant use BDC and recording in LSMW.

its our org. policy.so i asked bapi/standard method /ale/idoc in lsmw.
