Hello Experts,
I am not sure why i am getting Time difference = -28800.
2015/04/13 14:14:37.752: Server timezone = Malay Peninsula Standard Time, Daylight Savings = No, Time difference = -28800
2015/04/13 14:14:37.756: Received Client Time Info: client 2:14:37 PM 4/13/2015 server 6:14:37 AM 4/13/2015
2015/04/13 14:14:37.769: Client Time Zone Alias: Malay Peninsula Standard Time
2015/04/13 14:14:37.781: Client Time Zone: Malay Peninsula Standard Time
If you see above logs,
My Server is in Malay Peninsula Standard Time and my client is also in same timezone Malay Peninsula Standard Time.
But if we see the info received we see 8 hours of difference.
My SAP Time is (UTC+8) which i have set under JAVA Timezone to match with SAP time.
There is no issue in the events.log file as well. Please find the snapshot below:

Hi,
Is there any error on events logs?. Are you using Production Application logic on the SMP Server, if so you have to make the changes to the cockpit and restart the application.
Thanks

Hello Resmi,
All the necessary changes have been already done in cockpit and there no errors in Events.log file.
Please find cockpit screenshot. Infact my all three applications are in same timezone.
i.e SAP is in Malay Peninsula Standard Time
Agentry Server is Malay Peninsula Standard Time
and i am running client from my laptop which is also in Malay Peninsula Standard Time.
JAVA-1 Section
TimeZone Alias -
SAP Timezone -
System Timezone :
'''
Request you to kindly help me this.
Thanks,
Madhur Kanungo
If your Agentry Server is in the same timezone as the SAP, which you say it is, you don't need to add a time to Java-1 section. You only need to do this when your SAP Server is not in the same timezone in the Agentry Server.
If you remove this. And the user posts a object with a timestamp, is the time stamp correct in SAP?
Hi Stephen,
Yes its post the correct time after removing the Timezone entry from JAVA section when we post an object with time stamp entry.
Issue is when i go to attachment and clink on download, i see time difference in logs.
Please see highlighted logs:

Hello Stephen,
Thanks, so as per your comments, Timezone is not an issue and it should push the document to client.
This is not happening currently and i am not getting the document pushed to device.
Any suggestion will be valuable - Please note i have followed all trouble shooting steps available in below link but still not able to get the document pushed to device.
Thanks,
Madhur Kanugno
