production staging SAP WM

In the production order I see components are having different storage location.

K430 & K440

In the operations Tab I see work center is assigned to PSA  --     LTK430  & this PSA in the PVBE tale for production supply area is having storage location K430.

After impmenting WM PP interface hwo can I handle thissituation as component have many storage locations & PSA have only one storage location.

How consumption will happen in this cae. I am planning to stage components in the fixed bin which I will be mentioning in the control cycle

Hi,

During Production Supply Area determination, system takes the supply area from the work center master data, if no information is available then BOM and then material master.

Control cycle can be created (LPK1) for the combination of material, plant and supply area Or  plant and supply area.

So once based on the supply area  is determined, system will next look for the production storage bin which will be determined via the control cycle maintained for the above combination.
