EAM: Addition Activity Button is Disabled

Hello,

Currently, we're implementing AC 10.1 for our company. The firefighter user is unable to document "Additional Activity" as its in disabled state.

Hello Harshada,

Please confirm if the ffid used by column is showing correct firefighter name. As additional activity could be added by the firefighter who is currently using FFID.

The issue is resolved. It was due to lock entry. Basis had to delete the entry at the OS level.
