Hi experts,
We have implemented the Solman Service Desk for our Service management in SolMan 7.0 EHP 1,
Currently everyone are assigned with SAP_ALL profile, as the following SAP Std roles are not enough to impliment SOD.
SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN | Role for Service Desk Notification Administration |
SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE | Role for Support Desk Creator |
SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY | Role for Support Desk Display User |
SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS | Role for Support Desk Processor |
Can any one help me to find the authorization object for Requester, Processor etc. so that i can create roles for requested, Processor and Assigner.
Regards,
Jaseem
Hi,
Start with the CRM Component for example
For example:- authorization object CRM_ORD_PR
Define the types of transactions here
Also,
you need to implement the SM authorization object while implementing this.
Example:- For processor, assign the authorization object SM_SDK_ADT and value PROC.
Similarly you can restrict the brfplus usage based on authority object FDT_OBJCT
Important: Basic SOD you can apply through B_USERSAT in authority key.
Authority key values you will get from status profile. I hope you had done the business roles setup already.
