SPRO Configuration for field "Related Source" ITSM

Hi Experts,

In ITSM, I want to utilize a field "Related Source" for incident management. The default values are populated in the field. I need to append some values to the existing one. But not able to find the SPRO node for this configuration. Please help me out on SPRO navigation.

I suggest you mark this field and press F2 in CRM webUi, so you'll get the BSP component name. With this information you can browse in tcode BSP_WD_CMPWB the context node and the related structures. Here you may find the corresponding link to a customizing view.

Thanks Richard for helpful answer, I followed your instruction but there is no details on that particular attribute. not sure how we can get the customizing details.  Please suggest. Thanks
