Schedule job is gray out in SCMA for Normal change

Hi Experts,

Currently testing Normal Change scenario in SOLMAN 7.1  with SP12  got stuck in TO BE TESTED Phase as i am not able to schedule Import job for transport requests through SCMA because SCHEDULE option is gray out(i.e not editable)  and also  i tried to manually run  the report /TMWFLOW/SCMA_TRORDER_IMPORT resulting NO DATA FOUND.

On the other hand I can process Urgent change with out any issue.

maintenance cycle(i.e M00000001) is in DEVELOPMENT WITH RELEASE  phase.

Kindly help how can i schedule this job to go ahead

This seems to be a security issue. Do you have the IT operator role assigned to your user?

Can you share the screen shot for same, please check your authorizations to SM36 for scheduling a job also. Had you unlocked the transport groups also.?
