Hi All,

I am trying to change the responsible person column number 1, 2, and 3 to # 400231, 400211 and 400312 per the screenshot below but the column 1, 2 and 3 is grey can not be changed.

If I delete the column 1-3 and redefine with the correct number but with still same name of responsible person. Is it a good choice or is there other way to change the column 1, 2 and 3 for the responsible person and key in the required number #400231, 400211 and 400312?

Kind Regards,

FJohn

Hi FJ,

The first column is the key in the respective table, it cannot be changed.  But yes, you can delete and recreate with another key.

This is under assumption it has no dependent records, I mean not being currently in use in any of WBS-elements.  Otherwise you need to keep two set of records first, next update WBS-elements, and finally delete old records that are not used anywhere.

Regards,

Paulo
