How can we expand the workflow of Solman ChaRM Defect Corrections?

We want to add 2 states: Request for Production and Import into Production into Defect Corrections workflow before Confirm Defect. I have some ideas but I am new to ChaRM configurations and am hoping someone can give some tips.

Hi Team,

For Charm Workflow Configuration we have different methods like

Normal Change Request

Urgent Change Request

General Change Request

Admin chnage Request

Example:

if the Change Request comes on Normal category

First service desk user will create an Request , this Request will taken by Change Manager

and Change Manager will identify which type of Request

if Request falls on Normal , it goes for Cab Approval

once Cab Approves it will go developer , he will create an TR Request from do the necessary changes and Release the TR

IP operator will  import the TR Request in Test system

Test will test and if its successful  sends to IP operator ...

IP operator will import in PRD

Thanks but already familiar with Normal and Urgent Change Request and those processes. We currently use Defect Correction but would like to add 2 additional states to Defect Correction:

Request for Production

Import to Production
