How to convert the tcode OKEW in a functional tcode (No transport)

Dear experts,

I've got a doubt regarding to change a tcode to functional.

How to convert  the code OKEW in a functional code to avoid transports each time that users save any configuration

Is this a task for a Netweaver consultant or for a functional consultant?

Hi Daniel,

Take a look at the SAP Note 406827.It will give a clear idea why the transport is raised.You check with an FICO consultant with this.No action is needed from Administrator.
