Could you please suggest any other settings we need to remove

2.Remove system from SLD,LMDB,Techincal monitoring, stop DAA agents, comment RFC ,remove from SMSY,deactivate and delete the extractors

Hi Murali,

Are the alerts coming from technical monitoring or alerts using CCMS agents?

If the alerts are coming from CCMS agents, go to RZ20-->SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitor-->All monitoring segments and check if you have any monitoring segments of the decommissioned system.

Ramesh

Hi Murali, Can you please let us know the support pack level of Solman system. Based on that we can check if any specific decommission steps can be performed.

Also, Please check the note 1781779 for Solman 7.1

Hi Murali,

Can you please review the following Knowledge Base Article, which may help to resolve your issue - Managed Object (Technical System, Technical Instance, Host, Database) has been removed from SLD and LMDB but is still appearing in Technical Monitoring UI.
