Adding Variant in VA05 based on Plant and Item category

Hi Experts,

I have one requirement that I have to add a variant in VA05 based on Plant and Item category,so that user can see all the open orders of that relevant plant

and include TAN item category and exclude TAB item category.

Kindly suggest me if we can do this in standard SAP or we have to go for enhancement.

I really appreciate your help.

Go to IMG - Sales & Distribution --> Sales - Lists --> Define Selection Criteria

In the screen, click on New Entries and add the following details for Plant

1. Program Name - SAPMV75A

2. TRG (Transaction Group) - 0

3. Display Group - K

4. Event - SELK

5. It - 8

6. Field Name - WERKS

Again for Item Category, maintain all the above data and assign PSTYV in the last column and save.

Now go to VA05 and check in the Further Sel Criteria.

Try with VA05N and see if your customer is happy.
