ChaRM - Rfc Approval procedure Workflow shows error status

Hi All,

After the Rfc approval procedure work flow setting in SPRO, getting the below error. mail is not triggering from Approval workflow.

Also i checked the below link, but i am not able to find the figure out the exact issue.

In So01-> outbox  shows error in the status

I cross checked all the setting , but Rfc approval worflow is not coming to inbox. Still it showing error in outbox status.

You can check SMTP configuration once again. If not relevant ignore.

Hi,

Rfc Approval procedure  workflow mail is not triggering.it showing error


But the normal ChaRM action mail is trigger fine.


I done all the setting mentioned in SPRO > SAP Solution Manager > Capabilities (Optional) > Change Request Management > Transactions > Approvals > Make Workflow Settings for Request for Change Approval.

But it showing some error in Email approvers step.

After provide the sap_all issue has been solved. Mail triggered from workflow.
