Portal group provisioning issue from GRC 10

Hi All,

We are able to provision the portal role to portal user from GRC, but it’s failing to provision portal group.

we had reviewed the following two SNOTES already and maintain the "action and group" parameters mapping accordingly, but no luck in provisioning the portal group to the user in EP.

Hi VinayaLaxmi,

We faced the same issue. It never got resolve. We were on SP08. SAP Provided us notes , HOT FIX. It din work.

Finally , we decided as soon as user is created in SAP, All the portal groups will be assigned to users.

Please check if SAP has came with any solution with higher SP.

We have raised an OSS message to SAP already and waiting on their response.

Here are our SP details:

GRC 10 at SP15

EP 7.31 - GRCPIEP - 1000730.0.2

Hi Vinaya,

We were on lower SP. If this issue still persists, than you can go with work around.

let SAP come, our issue never resolved.

There is a table where you can get the GRC requests raised, you can check for which system request was raised and you can add that portal group to users mannually.

Hi All,

I have come across the following EP failure log while provisioning the portal group to the user.

I have assigned this portal group to (GRC connector) in Portal also, but no luck. please assist
