User group error for approver,GRC10 AC

Hello,

we are creating user request with details and also maintaining user group as per the model user and submitting,we are not getting any error while submitting but when approving the approver getting  error message "user group XXX not exist in system"

But when we are checking in backend ECC system the user group is existing and assigned to users.

Any solution to resolve this issue.
