Im having problem installing .SCA files onto our system. The components kept being rejected 004/005, see image attached.

Hello,
You cannot update the Software component which are available in system UTL to higher SP level or higher release, you can only apply patches.
Ex: you can update from version AJAX-RUNTIME 7.30.5.0 to AJAX-RUNTIME 7.30.5.3
