CTI Capability

I understand that CTI adapter provides client side integaration for the telephony capability. Does this provide the capability such as call attached data, auto caller identification, call transfer with context data, hyperlinked dialing capablity etc in the live activity pane?

Is there anydemo video available?

Although the product supports extensive markeitng campaing capability, I am unable to find any info on marketing call list and its integration with the telephony dialer. Does it available in this version or expected in the future version?

Hello Birlabose,

For most of your queries your answer is yes.

I would recommend reading the Document for CTI integration under Helpcenter in C4C system for more details.

The parameters used for configuration can be customized to a Customer requirement as far as I believe. Please read the helpcenter doc. for more information.
