Archiving business documents in TM

Hi ,

Is there any documents like step by step process to implement archiving for TM business documents.

What are factors that needs to be considered for the first time configuring archiving process for the businss documents.

Can anyone guide me on this.

The below process can help you

T-Code : OAC0

A content repository should be defined. This content repository has to be created in both TM and archiving system.

Part of the setup of the content repository is sending the certificate (public signature) from SAP TM to archiving system to secure the communication between the two systems.

T-Code- OAC2

A new document type has to be created for the countries that are going to use this functionality.

T-Code - OAC3

Link document type to archive.

The newly created document types have to be linked to an object type, a link table (TOA03) and to the new content repository.

You need to select the relevant business object type and the respective Document type.
