AWS SAP HANA One System locked; license is invalid or expired

Hi SAP HANA Experts,

We were using the SAP HANA One Instance since from 1 Year & today our license is expired

We were not able to login to the system & it says that SAP HANA One Instance License is expired in the hana studio.

Because of this we were not able to open the SAP HANA One Management Console by entering our static IP Address from the web browser to download the license key from SAP HANA One Management console.

Can you please provide us the information how to download the license key & install it in this critical situation

Hi,

To apply new license, please go to 'Addons' tab within SAP HANA One Console, and install 'HANA License' version 3.0 addon. You will need the SYSTEM user password of SAP HANA database to apply the new license.

SAP HANA One comes with one year license for SAP HANA database, which can be renewed perpetually, for as long as you remain our customer. License renewal is made available at no additional cost. According to the End User License Agreement, the license has to be applied before the license expiration date as shown in the 'Administration' tab within SAP HANA One Console. The new license is usually made available more than four months before the previous license expires.

Please note that SAP HANA database license expiration does not stop functionality of SAP HANA One Console, although it might limit SAP HANA database related activities. You should be able to open the SAP HANA One Console, and apply the license without any problems. If you are having trouble opening SAP HANA One Console, please refer to note ().

Hi Srivastava,

We are having the problems with our SAP HANA One Instance.

Problem 1:- After starting the SAP HANA One Instance from AWS, We are not able to open the SAP HANA One Management Console.

Even i had maintained the Host entries file also but still it is not opening at all.

Problem 2:-  We are using the instance since from 15 months almost. We knew that SAP HANA One License has to be renewed for every 1 year.

But unfortunately We did not downloaded the SAP HANA One License Key File from the SAP HANA One Management Console when it was working earlier.

Problem 3:- Even our SAP HANA One Database License is expired & we are not able to connect to the SAP HANA One Database.

So how can we get the SAP HANA One License Key file to our Instance if we did not downloaded before the license got expired. so that we can apply it & thus all the 3 problems will be solved 1 by 1.

Please provide us the information ASAP, Thank you to all in advance....................

Please let us know for the instance launched from AWS marketplace, was the HANA One Management Console working before?

What is the error message you are seeing while using HANA One Management Console.

While we are opening sap hana one management console, the browser says that the webpage is not available.

Even we are not able to ping elastic ip address also.

After upgrading to the latest version all these problems are started

Sap hana one management console was opening earlier.

Even we are not able to open the SSH Connectivity also with Putty tool.
