Dynamic search help of a field based on ovs value returned by previous fields.

I have created 2 OVS fields. I have selected 3 values from 1st OVS field. Lets say, PERNR.

Now I want to put only those 3 employee names into the next OVS dropdown.

Now how to get those values from OVS field to set it in dynamic search help.

For this type of requirement we have to store the selected data into one Data object and used the same data object for the furthur reference.
