SAP Syclo WM 5.3 : Equipment External URL Link Download in iPad Equipment Screen

Hello All , I have attached External URL link (www.google.com) in IE02 (at Equipment level ) and customer wants to download those link in Syclo iPad at Equipment screen . can you provide some suggestion ? How can we download those URL link to iPad ? for more information please attached screen shot . Thanks in advance ... Thanks & Regards,   Kunal Varaiya

There is a limitation tied to external URL link that is part of Equipment file path wherein the SAP Work Manager only can download the relative path but not the full URL when you click on the download button (ex: if you have a file path that has something like: https://xxx.xxx.com/documentID). There are reports about this internally in SAP Work Manager. The Java code does not support it. Most likely there will be a limitation or restriction note that will be created if it is really not supported. This issue is still in-progress within the Work Manager team - if they ever release a fix or a restriction note, I will update this thread.

Is your intent to download just the link or to download the link contents and store locally for offline use?
