ITSM Check Background jobs

Hi

I am working on Solution Manager 7.1 SP12

starting with ITSM configuration in very first step "Check Prereuisites" when i execute job "Check Background Jobs" it shows below error

No job for program DSWP_GET_CSN_COMPONENTS - check activity 'Schedule Background Jobs'

No job for program RAGS_FILE_EXT_L_DL - check activity 'Schedule Background Jobs'

as the error URL takes me to Basic configuration "step 5 Configure Automatically" to check job "Schedule Sol. Manager Background Jobs" it is performed successfully.

is this a known error? anyone have workaround for it?

i have checked that sap note already but no solution in it

Hi,

You can try with SM36 and schedule default jobs.

As per the note schedule the required jobs. and try.

can you please tell me how to schedule jobs i have checked in SM37 both jobs are not scheduled.
