Is there any way to change the layout of the iPad / iPhone app? We would like to add company logo and background.

Editing mobile layout overall for iPad / iPhone

OR specifically adding logo and background ?

Changing the mobile layout is possible on the iPad with the Extended Edition app - all page layouts configured for HTML5 UI will be honored by the app.
