Condition in Central Contract

Dear All,

Working SRM 7.02,

I have some issue in SRM Central contract Condition type,

1. We can't use same condition type for Header and Item.

- I have defined a Condition type(ZXXX) Header and item condition in

Conition type creation.

- I have assigned the Condition type (ZXXX) in Calulation Schema.

- I have Assigned the Condition type (ZXXX) for Condition Group 01HD

in condition table SAP019(Header contract)

- If i try to assign the condition type (ZXXX) for condition group 0100

or 01CC in condition table SAP016(Item Contract) it is not allowing to

assign.

How can i assign a one condition type to both header and item of

contract conditions??

Tamil,

Do not assign condition type to Condition Group 01HD. This is only for header conditions.

NOTE : Condition types in SRM and backend ECC should be consistent. Then on;ly you can distribute central contract to Backend ECC succesfully with conditions.

You can use standard condition types R000 or PB00 otherwise create new condition type by copying existing condition types. In that you can give the condition name as % Discount or Surcharges, whatever you are looking for. Access sequence should be 01CT. Do not change Control data1 section. In the bottom section check the boxes Header and Item condition.

Then maintain above created condition type in Condition schema. Make sure to add the nexwly created condition type under whichever condition you copied from.

Then maintain above condition type  in condition group 0100 in condition table SAP016.

Dear Jagadish,

I have added a new Condition type like you mentioned,

But the Condition type i have added is displayed only in Item Level. I copied condition type R000.

I need to create one condition type that should be used at item and Header condition level..
Since in condition group 0100 in conition table SAP016 (Contract item), so it is displaying only in Item level.

Plz check and hlep me on it...
