WHSCON idoc error

Hi Team

Outbound delivery is created in SAP -after one,two days after  that

some fields like BOL number etc in Outbound delivery updated through inbound Idoc WHSCON.

Meanwhile if  Outbound delivery is deleted ,Inbound Idoc failed saying Outbound delivery does not exist.

Is there any solution that we should avoid this error?

Can we develop or create new Ouput type which will trigger message to other system which will be used manualy before deleting delivery?

Hi,

Try using message type:  SHP_OBDLV_CHANGE / SHP_OBDLV_SAVE_REPLICA/ WHSORD to replicate outbound delivery to other SAP system, so that once you delete the delivery in one SAP Box(origin-main) , the same will be replicated to other box via these message type and hence get deleted in another box as well and hence there will not be any idoc trigger from that box.

If you are having issues with stuck IDOCs (status 51) for delivery change, users should check for any stuck IDOC before attempting to delete a delivery. When a delivery is deleted use SHP_OBDLV_CHANGE to delete said delivery in partner system.
