SUM (startup.bat) does not start

Hi all,

During implementing support packs with SUM the system interrupted.

I had to start SUM again, but now startup.bat won't start.

After starting startup.bat a dosbox is opened which tells me it is starting some services and then it ends....

The welcome screen in IE is not opened.

I did reboot the machine to end all processes but that doesn't solve it.

Please help.

Unfortunately the interuption caused a corrupt XML file. Solution proposed by SAP: restore and start over.

The restore is a fact, tomorrow we will start over.

Can you run the startup.bat via the command prompt?

Also try to run the startup.bat via Run as Administrator.
