Multilevel Categorization activation error message appeared

Hello, Friends

This is Eunhwa Park. I am handling a Incident Management in Solution Manager. I have two questions regarding Multi Level Cagegorization.

Firstly, When I activated  multi level categorization schema, error message appeared.

Fyi, I attached a screen shot.

Check Activate schema --> Execute

The error message was 'transaction type SMIN has already been included in the categorization schema - ZSAP_SOLUTION_MANAGER_TEMPLATE.

What does this error mean? and To solve this error message, How can I do it?

Hi Park,

Multilevel category has been already activated in standard Transaction Type SMIN. If you want to activate for Costume transaction Go the CRM_UI -> service operation - > search for Organizational structure, make a copy of the standard Org Structure then Assign your transaction type in it, then active. Deployment will be done in given date and time.

Hi Park,

Insted of activing it in the SAP level. go to the CRM_UI-> Service Operations -> Categorizations Schema -> Do the activation

If the same  error occurs again , just ignore the same and click on back button it will ask for the save  option again and it saves the same.

Please try the above steps, as it worked for my case .
