Hi,
We have a problem and a related question related to use of CMS for export/import of repository objects. We exported 4 objects using CMS as 4 different transports from development. Our track has development, consolidation and production systems. We imported all 4 modules through consolidation tab in CMS, assembled each transport seperately and approved only one of the 4 objects into production. When we imported this object, all the latest changes (other 3 objects which were not approved or imported into production) came into production system. All the 4 objects are in the same software component.
Does CMS transport the entire software component irrespective of exporting individual objects. Can we export and import objects (like DT, MT, MI, MM) independently without importing all the changes done in development system.
We are using CMS version 3.
Many Thanks
