Mass Activation Planned Independent requirements in ECC

Hello Gurus,

We are in process of transferring forecast data from DP to ECC as inactive versions everyday. Is there any program which I can use to activate the  inactive version of the  PIR's for all material/plant combination in mass.

Hello SP,

On ECC side, you can copy the PIR from inactive version in active version in mass with t.code MD70 or MS66.

I am unable to copy Inactive version to active using MD70. when I try it giving message that "list contains no data".

In my scenario I have one active version and one inactive version and I would like to make my Inactive version as active now.For example

active version for PIR's is "00" and Inactive version is "01" I would like to make "01" as active version.

Hello Srikanth

You can use MD64 to Copy from your inactive version 01 to active 00 and select the check box for target version active also you have copy period date from to date as a selection option.
