error: 06-260: Tax jurisdiction code not allowed for tax calculation schema TAXCAJ

While creating Auto PO through T.code: ME59N occurring error message as "Tax jurisdiction code   not allowed for tax calculation schema TAXCAJ".

We checked the OBCL transaction and everything looks fine.

Please advise how to rectify the error.

What is the tax jurisdiction code assigned to company code in OBCL ?

Can you able to see the tax code in FTXP with the calculation schema TAXCAJ ?

HI check the company code have you define the Country and also check tax codes settings if still system showing error please share screen shot thanks

Plz check in OX10, in plant if tax jurisdiction is maintained or not.
