sap solution manager not started

HI ,

i am using solution manager 7.1 in yesterday our solution manager sudanly shut down after shutdown

i have trying for start via sap mmc but not able to start

pls help

i have attached some screen shot

but i able to login sidadm user but whwn stop the solution manager showing invalid user name and password

Could you recheck once for correct credentials at your end to stop the instance,apart from <sid>adm have you tried Administrator account to stop the system ? Please confirm

Today asked it team basicly solution manager in cloud yesterday night system shutdown and after that system on ip change

Hi GAurav ,

Our Solution manager on cloude yesterday night solution manager has been shutdown . so I asked IT Person 

IT Person Tell if system will shutdown ip will be Automatically change so problem is that ip address has been changed in solution manger Wright know

Finally i have to reinstall solution Manager but now problem is

after installation i have upgrading  solution manager SP4 TO SP12 showing error

any help

Hi Sandeep,

Please take copy of work dir ,after that make a new work dir, stop the system.

Stop the sap services and then start the servcies, start the system.

After that please check work dir again.

Hi Sandeep,

What is your Sysetm ID (SID) and using which user you are performing this task.

It must be sidadm.

Seems issue with sapservices userid and password.

Hi Sandeep,

in the devdisp log, it showing as below

DpIJ2eeShutdown: j2ee state = SHUTDOWN

DpModState: change server state from ACTIVE to SHUTDOWN

DpHalt: stop work processes

have you checked the server 0 status? please check the java is up or not.

when connect the solman via config tool and go.bat and open sld url not oppning

Hi sandeep, Hope you are doing good. The configtool is opening, so the DB is fine and the connection from the j2ee server nodes to teh DB is also fine. Hi Sandeep,

Please take a backup of work dir and try to start again so it will generate fresh log  , as the log which you posted with old date.

Make sure your db is up and running.
