1. Multi mapping
2.Sync-Async bridge
3. .......... and .....?
what is the difference between BPM and ccBPM ?
Thanks,

Hi,
When to use BPM:
1.Control the messages in XI
2.Collect the messages
3.split the messages
4.To multicast a message
5.Send an alert.
In addition to the above link

BPM Importance
Suppose if one has to persist the data for a while before completely processing it, BPM plays a wide role. Other uses of BPM
1. Persist the data
2. Control of the process based on Data - Decision Making
3. When process integration has to happen with more than one sender/receiver
4. To embed one's Business Logic

Hi,
First of all, CCBPM and BPM means the same in SAP XI's context. You use BPM , when the business scenario is complicated and can not be achieved through plain mapping.
Of course, BPM is not the best performance optimised side of XI, so as a thumb rule, you should try to avoid it as much as possible. But if you have an integration work flow kind of scenario, you may have to use BPM.

BPM and CCBPM are the same.
You also use BPM when you need to collect messages in XI.
Look into this blog on when to use BPM and when not to,
